Why I Created This Membership

I haven't always been fit or healthy.  In fact, a lot of my life I struggled with conditions like IBS, Epstein Bar and more recently Coelic disease and aneamia and I know what it is like to have chronic injuries and pain and to wake up feeling like SH1T.


And it was in adopting just 3 habits that take less than 10 minutes that truly changed my life (and my body) and now able to consistently tick off 10 habits each week.


And these are the habits I teach everyday in our communities to 1000s of women and have had the most amazing transformation stories.


And ultimately women going from feeling like SHIT to feeling like a bad ass Warrior Goddess, lean, strong and curvy and full of self belief and confidence.


The beauty of kettlebell training is that it is the perfect tool for home based workouts you can do ANYTIME of day with minimal equipment and starting with just 4 minutes. It seems that not a day goes by without a new exercise or fitness trend being revealed. Kettlebells are not a fitness trend or a gimmick, they have been around for 100s of years and trusted by some of the best for the incredible results they can generate.


We focus on STRONG and let everything else take care of itself. All my training is based on natural movement patterns that target the whole body rather than just a few muscles at a time. You see, I design our training programmes for women and how women want to train, how it is best for them to train and how they want to look and feel.


The majority of my coaching information and videos are free. I work hard to give you all the tools you need to exercise at home! But sometimes you need to invest in yourself. And have an expert take you step by step. I have helped 1000s of our clients look, feel and perform better in the privacy of their own homes and discovered that this challenge and its daily habits and routines are the perfect way to do just that.

Who am I to be teaching you this..
I'm Lisa Barwise, personal trainer and kettlebell instructor who has taught 1000s of women over 1000s of kettlebell classes over 7 years. My speciality: straight talkin', no time wastin', simple approach to help women to get results by changing the way they look and feel. I consider myself a Fitness Feminist and the Kick Ass Wellness Alchemist on a mission to support the transformation of strong women around the world: strong of mind, body and character. ​I teach kettlebell training and educate women on eating the right thing, at the right time for the right purpose and I’ve been lucky enough to reach ladies of all ages from their late 20s to early 60s in all corners of the world with my online programmes. I believe it is my fun and enthusiastic approach to fitness and health that helps them to reach their body and lifestyle goals. And as host of my own podcast called Goddess Got Goals, it is about educating and inspiring women to want to strive and achieve MORE.

    A: Digital & downloadable products and programs aren’t eligible for refund as they cannot be returned.     A: No, this program is specific to habit creation and building healthy habits.
