Why I Created This Membership
I haven't always been fit or healthy. In fact, a lot of my life I struggled with conditions like IBS, Epstein Bar and more recently Coelic disease and aneamia and I know what it is like to have chronic injuries and pain and to wake up feeling like SH1T.
And it was in adopting just 3 habits that take less than 10 minutes that truly changed my life (and my body) and now able to consistently tick off 10 habits each week.
And these are the habits I teach everyday in our communities to 1000s of women and have had the most amazing transformation stories.
And ultimately women going from feeling like SHIT to feeling like a bad ass Warrior Goddess, lean, strong and curvy and full of self belief and confidence.
The beauty of kettlebell training is that it is the perfect tool for home based workouts you can do ANYTIME of day with minimal equipment and starting with just 4 minutes.

We focus on STRONG and let everything else take care of itself. All my training is based on natural movement patterns that target the whole body rather than just a few muscles at a time. You see, I design our training programmes for women and how women want to train, how it is best for them to train and how they want to look and feel.
The majority of my coaching information and videos are free. I work hard to give you all the tools you need to exercise at home! But sometimes you need to invest in yourself. And have an expert take you step by step. - Q: Do you offer refunds? Can I cancel?A: Digital & downloadable products and programs aren’t eligible for refund as they cannot be returned. You can cancel your membership anytime within the membership portal and will not be charged again. Please note that as soon as you cancel, you will be removed from accessing the online portal in addition to the private Facebook Group. You can join the membership again when you are ready, but we don’t allow access to the private community after a member has cancelled their subscription & has been removed from the community.
- Q: What format is the content delivered in?A: The programs are all digital and includes micro sized video trainings of no more than 10 minutes, downloadable ebooks (PDF's) and access to all the tools, recordings and podcast episodes referenced. We also have a private Facebook Group for additional accountability and support. You will receive an email with all the content immediately after placing your order.
- Q: Does this program include workouts or meal plans?A: No, this program is specific to habit creation and building healthy habits. You can use this group and the system within it to make our workouts or meal plans part of your healthy habits but these need to be purchased seperately.
